What is OCSS?  OCSS is a Theme Creator designed for users of MyOpera.com. It can create custom  themes, and generate the required user.css file to apply the theme to their blog, about page and other pages on MyOpera.com.

OCSS is designed for Windows XP (Home and Pro 32 bit versions), but should also work on Vista and 7 provided the necessary VB6 runtime files are installed.

The latest version 1.0.11. You can download the program FREE.  FREE registration is required to download the software and you will receive the FREE updates  automatically once they are released.  The installation will install 1 theme and you can download more (over 30 available), by clicking the download themes button on the toolbar. If you have a version earlier than 1.0.9 then please re-download the new installation files from the download link above. 1.0.9 users can simply click the Update button on the toolbar.
